When Central East High School split from Central High, they were starting fresh, with a new mascot, new colors, and a chance to create their own identity. That’s where I came in. The baseball team needed a strong, versatile icon they could proudly wear on hats, jerseys, and other apparel. I designed a mark that balanced boldness and clarity, something simple enough for screen printing and embroidery, but still packed with personality. The goal was to give the team a symbol that felt like home from day one, something that carried their spirit onto the field and into the stands.
